How do I care for my suit to make it last a long time?
There are lots of things that you can do to make your suit last! We’ve shared all of our very best tips and instructions here!
What suit looks good on petite girls but also looks good on curvy girls?
Our High Neck Halter Tops paired with any of our High Waist Bottoms look great on any body type because they have a very flattering cut and shape. Our One Piece suits are also very popular because they look great on everyone!
Which suit is the most popular?
This question is hard to answer because it differs from week to week but our most popular suits in November and December have been:

When will our Pre-Order suits arrive? How soon will I get it if I pre-order?
Our Pre-Order suits are set to arrive at our warehouse on February 5, 2018! And you are guaranteed to receive your suits by February 15th, so you’ll definitely receive your suit before Spring Break and Summer if you order it before February! If anything changes, we will notify you via our blog and social media channels.
I received a Janela Bay Gift Card, how can I check the balance?
You can check the balance in-store or you can email us a photo of the back of your gift card and we can send you your balance information.
Right now our gift cards only work in store, but we are working on integrating them with our website! If you have any questions or concerns send us an email and we can help you out!
What is your return/exchange policy?
Can I make returns or exchanges on a Pre-Order suit?
Yes! The return and exchange policy for our Pre-Order suits is the same as the return/exchange policy for any other suit!
How often do you restock your suits?
During our busy season, our kiosks are restocked twice a week, so if something is sold out at your local kiosk or in store, try again a few days later OR order online to get the suit you want!
When we completely sell out in store AND online, it takes a little while for our manufacturers to get our suits finished and back to us. If something is completely sold out, it usually takes a month or two to restock our warehouse.
Where is your store located?
Right now, we have one location at University Place Mall in Orem, Utah. We are located in the mall right next to Mikarose and across from Buckle! We’d love to have you come in and visit us. If you’re not a Utah native, stay tuned for announcements of where we will be opening up for the summer of 2018!
Is there a way I can try suits on?
Yes! We have FIVE beautiful dressing rooms at our new store! You can come in and try on as many suits as you’d like!
