We understand that online shopping can be tricky. That’s why we allow our customers 100 days to exchange! Your item must be postmarked within 100 days of the date your package was delivered to your shipping address. After we recieve your item  we will ship back the item you would like in return. We will always pay shipping to send your exchanged item back to you.

If you are in a hurry to exchange an item it is easier for you to jump back on our website and order the item you need. Then just ship back the item you want to return. Then we can refund that item when it arrives. 

If you wish to exchange your suit for a different size or a different style then all you need to do is send the suit to:

In the package please include your

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Then tell us which suit you would like in exchange. (You can check availability on our website to make sure the item you want is in stock). 

If the suit has been damaged, obviously worn or the tags are no longer in place then we are not obligated to exchange or refund your item. The used item will be returned to you.

You can also return/exchange at any of our store locations. Check the map on our homepage for your closest location!
