If you receive your item(s) and it just doesn’t fit right, you may return it for a refund if it meets the following requirements:
- Your item must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your package was delivered to your shipping address.
- You should provide your name, order number, email address and phone number in the return package.
- The item cannot be visibly worn or damaged and the tags must be in place.
- Last Chance (Clearance) items can be returned for “In Store” Credit, within 100 days from the date of purchase.
In store purchases must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Customer must also present receipt in order to receive a refund.
Last Chance Items (Clearance Items) cannot be returned for a refund, but they can be exchanged or returned for in store credit within 100 days from the date of purchase. This also applies to other items purchased on sale (ie. Flash Sale, Promotional Sales, etc.)
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, but they can be exchanged or returned for in store credit within 100 days from the date of purchase.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded. If we receive an item asking for a refund that doesn’t meet these requirements it will be returned to sender with no refund.
If you are in a hurry to exchange an item it will be quicker and easier for you to jump back on our website www.janelabay.com and order the item you need. Then just ship back your initial purchase with a request for a refund.
We do not refund shipping fees.
Please allow 5 business days (from the date your returned item is delivered to our warehouse) for your refund to be issued. Once you get the email confirmation that a refund has been initiated you will need to watch your account for the credit to return. Debit cards return the money quickly while credit cards may take several days longer.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Janela Bay is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the mailing process. Please keep your receipt with the tracking number in case your item is lost/stolen in the mailing process so that we can work to recover the lost item(s).
All refunds will be issued in the same form as the method of payment. If the payment was made with a credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card as was used to make the purchase.
