So CUTE!! Highwaisted, but not so highwaisted that it looks like a one piece. It goes right under my belly button and the tie is adorable, and slims the waist while completely smoothing out my hips. On other bottoms, I hate it when the waistband digs into my hips and there is rollover, and with these that problem was eliminated
