Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!

We understand that online shopping can be tricky. That’s why we allow our customers 100 days to exchange! Your item must be unworn, with tags and hygiene liners still in place and postmarked and in the mail within 100 days of the date your package was delivered to your shipping address. After we receive your item we will ship back the item you would like in return. We will always pay shipping to send your exchanged item back to you. If there is a difference in price, we will email you an invoice to collect the funds or issue a refund/credit. 

Last Chance Items MAY be exchanged for another item(s) or returned for in store credit, but they cannot be returned for a refund. Orders for Last Chance Items cannot be canceled and refunded. This also applies to other items purchased on sale (ie. Flash Sale, Promotional Sales, etc.)

If you are in a hurry to exchange an item it is easier for you to jump back on our website and order the item you need. Then just ship back the item you want to return. Then we can refund that item when it arrives. 

If you choose the second method, make sure and return your exchanged item within 14 days of the date of delivery to your shipping address. Otherwise your returned item will not be eligible for a refund. Please see our Return Policy for more details. 

Follow the link below to our Returns Center to initiate an exchange or return for store credit if you would like to use a shipping label provided by us:


  • If the total dollar amount of your return is greater than the total dollar amount of your requested items then we will either issue a refund (if you're within the 14 day return window) or issue in store credit for the difference in price.
  • If the total dollar amount of your return is less than the item(s) you're requesting, then we will email you an invoice for the difference in price. Once that's been paid we'll ship you your new item(s).

In the package please include your

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Then tell us which suit you would like in exchange. (You can check availability on our website to make sure the item you want is in stock). 

If the suit has been damaged, obviously worn or the tags are no longer in place then we are not obligated to exchange or refund your item. The used item will be returned to your shipping address on file.
