How to Remove Sunscreen or Other Stains from your Suit

    • Do not bleach your suit
    • If you already have sunscreen stains you can try applying baking soda or white vinegar to the suit.

    Baking Soda

      1. Make sure the suit has been rinsed and washed
      2. While the suit is damp apply a generous amount of baking soda to the affected areas
      3. Gently work baking soda into the affected area
      4. Allow to sit for several hours
      5. Rinse with cold water until water is clear
      6. Lightly squeeze out the excess water.

    White Vinegar

      1. Make sure the suit has been rinsed and washed
      2. Mix one part white vinegar with two parts warm water and soak the affected area
      3. Rinse with cold water
      4. Lightly squeeze out the excess water.

    How to Dry your Suit

    • Hang dry in a well ventilated area without direct sunlight or lay flat to dry on a towel or clean surface

    How to Remove Wrinkles

    • Do not iron your suit
    • Handheld steamers are ok to use
    • Do not dry clean

    Avoid Rough Surfaces

    • Avoid sitting directly on concrete, wood chairs/benches or other rough surfaces
      • Instead lay down a towel to protect your suit. This will prevent the suit from fraying or becoming fuzzy.
