Your products are true quality. I am very happy with that. But I was told that the printer was broken and they would need to email the receipt. I said OK but no promotions which I was assured would not happen and yet here we are. I am hitting the unsubscribe button. I had a problem with the swim shorts I purchased and Kathy from customer service was amazing to work with. She was extremely prompt responding to emails and concerns. I love Janela Bay’s products and would highly recommend! I will be purchasing from them again. I'd love to see more pattern choices in these cute shorts.
