Can I order online and Exchange/Return to Janela Bay Stores?
Yes! Any order placed through our website can be exchanged or returned at any Janela Bay retails store. We currently have locations in Utah, Idaho and Arizona. Make sure and bring your order confirmation email or packing slip so that we can look up your order. You can also view our return & exchange policies at the bottom of our website.
